My complaint:

Yesterday I visited the new local Whataburger. I was the first person in the second line and there were only 3 cars in the other line. They brought my milkshakes out and then I had to wait another 20 min to get the rest of my food. All the cars in the other lane got theirs plus the cars behind me! Finally my food was brought out with the response that they had to wait on fresh meat. So did this mean everyone else got chicken? What I ordered was 2 of the double patty cheese burgers combos and 2 Apple Cranberry Chicken Salads. Imagine my anger when I got home with my food and there were not one cranberry OR chicken in this salad. If it wasn’t a fact I just worked 12 hours and was extremely irate I would have driven that 30 min back to give all my food back since the food was cold anyway when I got it! I understand this is a new place so I’m willing to give it one more chance. This was a complete waste of $34.05!

Suggested solution:

With a refund for the $34.05 or a voucher for a replacement. And please tell your workers not to bring drinksshakes out to cars when there is more than a 5 min wait! Make the drinks last!
