My complaint:
I purchased 3 tickets from my credit card to fly from YYZ to YQB on 25122021 and returning on 29122021. On 25102021, I received an email from Westjet that both of my flights were cancelled. I called them on 27102021 and the representative told me that the refund will be credited to my travel bank. I was explaining to her that i need my full refund to my credit card to purchase tickets from other airlines and the representative hung up on me. I was not aggress at all. I then requested a call back and received a text that someone will call me on 02November2021 at 11:15 a.m. It is 12:10 p.m. now and no one called. I emailed one of the executive in sales Mr. Robert Antoniuk. Please contact me at 647-446-6731. My original reference number is RUXNLL and the new reference number is TPAZIJ. Thank you.

Westjet should refund the total amount on my credit card instead of travel fund since Westjet cancelled my flights.
