WestJet complaint: Lost car seat and stroller

My complaint:

Was flying out of Terrace to Calgary / (Dublin, Ireland) with West Jet and asked to have the stroller and car seat sent through to Dublin as we will be staying over night there.
When we landed in Dublin to pick up our items, they were nowhere to be found. Apparently, they were left in Calgary, B.C.
To make a long story short, we were heading to Europe without a car seat to put in the cars we rented for our trip and no stroller to place our granddaughter in.
Our trip consists of Portugal, Germany and back to Dublin. We were away for three weeks without a car seat or stroller.
We needed to rent a Car seat in Portugal and Germany, but Dublin was bought as they do not supply car seats with a car rental.
We ended up returning only to receive the car seat after finding out that it had been sitting in the Terrace Airport, but no stroller to be found.
I am asking that they cover the cost of the stroller and the rental of the car seats that were rented.
To this day, I have not heard from them via email or on their web site where I had filed for reimbursement of my travels.
I also have the attachments of the rental cars/ cost as well as the stroller cost when purchased and style if needed; which I also included when I submitted the claim.

Suggested solution:

I would like what they owe me for losing the items stated, and reimbursement for the rental of a car seat.
Also, to acknowledge my complaint and at least have the courtesy to reply to me so that I know that they have received it and are looking into the file.
