Wendys complaint: VERY POOR SERVICE FOOD

My complaint:

I arrived at the above store at 11:45 am, today, expecting a long line in the drive-thru. What I experienced was only one car ahead of me, that had been waiting a very long time to order. When it became my turn, I, too had to wait awhile to order. The person taking my order did not repeat my order request nor did she tell me the price of my items. All she said, I think, was pull up.
When I pulled up to the pay window, I gave the woman enough money to cover the cost of the meal, plus I was owed change. She gave me my order and I waited for my change and receipt. Whereupon, she just looked at me and said, that’s all ( -in other words, get lost.) I asked for my change and a salt packet. I also expected my receipt. I was rudely told that she had no change, no receipt and no salt. Another rude older woman came up all exasperated, apparently I was asking for too much service. The server then very rudely passed me 7 pennies, as my change. When I questioned her about the lack of service, she slammed the window in my face and turned away. To top this lovely experience, the food that I had was lukewarm and tasted like it had been under a heat lamp for awhile. All in all it was a most unpleasant, frustrating experience..
Let me say that Wendy’s is the ONLY place that I go to for fast-food. This was so disappointing, that next time, I will go to Cane’s Chicken….. a delicious substitute for Wendy’s, directly across the side street from Wendy’s. This Cane’s outlet had cars in the parking lot and other cars, almost out to the street in the drive-thru, when I arrived at Wendy’s. When I passed an hour later by the two outlets, Cane’s still had the cars piled up and Wendy’s had no cars in the drive thru, at all.
This is the type of experience that drives away loyal customers, like me and my family. Is this what we will come to expect now from Wendy’s? This store is on a very heavily travelled thoroughfare, I can’t imagine that you all would want this atrocious service to continue.

Suggested solution:

A sincere apology plus the $11 plus dollars that I spent on this mediocre meal, if not more coupons, for sure !!
