My complaint:

I ORDERED A BACON DOUBLE STACK BIGGIE BAG YESTERDAY. I HAD TO REPEAT MY ORDER 4 TIMES AS I ASSUMED THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH THE SPEAKER. IN HIND SITE I DON’T THINK THERE WAS.. WHEN I SAT DOWN TO EAT:
THE FRIES WERE SOGGY AND COLD
THE SANDWICH PATTIES WERE SO OVERCOOKED I HAD A DIFFICULT TIME CHEWING IT.
I HAD ASKED FOR ONLY LETTUCE XTRA ONIONS AND PICKLES AND SOMEHOW SHE WROTE DOWN MUSTARD WHICH REALLY OVER RUINED THE TASTE.
I ASKED FOR NO ICE IN MY DRINK, THE FIRST ONE SHE GAVE ME WAS OVERFILLED WITH ICE. I GAVE IT BACK AND SHE GAVE ME A SECOND ONE THAT WAS HALF FILLED.
SHE DROPPED MY CHANGE WHEN GIVING IT BACK AND NO WAY WAS I GETTING OUT OF MY CAR TO RETRIEVE IT.

Suggested solution:

I'M ONLY WRITING SO THAT THE MANAGERS CAN PROVIDE APPROPRIATE CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. I ALSO KNOW THAT YOU CAN'T TERMINATE AND DON'T WHAT HER TERMINATED JUST FOR HER SAKE SHE SHOULD KNOW HOW TO PROPERLY WORK WITH THE PUBLIC. MY LOSS WAS ONLY $5.35 SINCE I THREW OUT EVERYTHING.
I'M DONE WITH WENDY'S.
