My complaint:

Dear Customer Service,

Please take this seriously! Due to the poor service at my closest Wendy’s, I rarely go there. But your ad for the spicy chicken sandwich with pickle chips (fried pickles) has been on my mind since the ad began. Today I went, around 11:15 am, Wed. March 2, 2022. I’m not sure of the time because the window person tossed me the bag of food then left the window. No receipt was handed to me, so I wrongly assumed it was in the bag. When I got home, I discovered there wasn’t one. What was I charged?

Also, I asked if I could have extra pickle chips and was answered, Yes! My sandwich hardly had any, and what was there measured 14 to 1 2 in size–nothing like the pics in your ad. Very disappointing , and I couldn’t taste them. I’ve always loved your regular spicy chicken sandwich, and thought this would be the same or better.

To recap:
1. No receipt
2. Almost no pickle chips, and they were very small. Was promised extra chips.
3. No ketchup packets
4. No hot crispy fries–they were barely warm.

This store on S.Dixie Hwy in West Palm Beach, FL, continues to give lousy service, and worse, no one at Wendy’s seems to care. Why? Don’t your franchises have to maintain a certain level of care? Apparently, this location doesn’t have to.

Suggested solution:

Get all new employees at this location. Or fire the franchise here. Do due diligence in making sure franchises are up to par with Wendys quality.
