My complaint:
I ordered a gazebo from Wayfair and after opening it and matching up the parts I discovered how much it was scratched and dented up and was missing a bag of connectors. I took pictures and called Wayfair and all the did was order the bag of connectors and told me they were sorry. He didn’t even want to take about the damage. I also explained about a pole that had a connector on the inside of the pole that busted off due to a welding issue at the manufacture and how I was having to go find a bolt of my own and fix it. I told him it was so much and do heavy to send back. I told this all to the lady that emailed me but again all she wanted to talk about was the bag of connectors they were sending and she said sorry. I have been with Wayfair as a customer for years and never had a problem. The customer service is now “ I am very sorry”.
Suggested solution:
I would like my money back because it is a piece of junk.
