My complaint:
Order noted as preparing for shipping, 2 weeks overdue. Contacted customer services and given case number EUWS-254113, with a promise to follow up. Chased again 2 days later and told it will be chased up but not sure on a timescale when that would be. Avoided all questions to provide me with a complaints email or telephone number.
Suggested solution:
Give me an update on the order. I can then cancel and order something else or wait for the delivery.
