My complaint:

I recently placed an order with wayfair for a sideboard when I got a ation email I noticed it had my old address on the delivery address I went straight on and changed my address they then advised me that this had been done 4days later they sent me an email saying my order is being shipped and will be delivered on the 06-12-2021 I noticed my address had not been changed so I went on there site and changed it again I got the same response that it had been changed I then got an email from the courier service saying that they were going to deliver it on the 01-12-2021 but the address still hadn’t been changed with that I contacted the courier service and explained the situation they said they need authorisation to do this off way fair I then phoned wayfair up and they told me because I paid with easy pay that they can’t change the address I said I will contact easy pay to. See when I talked to easy pay they said they don’t no why wayfair have said that because it isn’t a problem at all and he sent an email to wayfair ing this
I then got back on to wayfair advising them of what easy pay had said and she said we still can’t change it because the shipment had left there depot all we can do is ship it back to our depot and you will get a refund and. Then you will have to reorder I feel like I have been messed around and lied to I now have to wait for them to ship it back before I get my money

Suggested solution:

I want to be compensated for grief and time they have wasted I found there customer service very unhelpful
