My complaint:
I observed one of the supervisors (Aldop), I think was the last name. His badge was very faded, and I think the name is correct or very similar, I am sure the location can find the Indvidual. The supervisor (Aldop) was in the garden center working, when a young lady employee asked for assistance with a total of (10) 57lb bags of garden soil. She was attempting to load them for a curbside pickup. The supervisor told her, he and another worker were doing their job and she signed on to be able to do hers. The bags were later lifted by the supervisor and one other worker which it took the two of them to lift. The employee asked that he change one of the bags because there was a hole in it, he appeared frustrated that the employee wanted to pick items in good condition. This is not the behavior of a supervisor and I do not know what type training you all offer your supervisors, but he does not meet the quality of leadership. This was disrespectful and the lady employee was not treated as a team member, and he certainly did not show himself as team leader.
Suggested solution:
If I can have someone notify me and let me know that the young lady employee has been notified and get her side of this story. The young lady was from the curbside staff. Please notify me once you all has spoken with supervisor and take some from action to get him on track for leadership.
