My complaint:
Looking for clothing, I picked out some to try on. No employe was at the change department and all change rooms were locked. Other customers were there waiting. They did go and ask for the employee for that department and was advised they will get her. We waited about 5 minutes lady finally came and opened rooms for us.
I found some more items to try and again no one was in that department to unlock the door for trying on item. I waited couple of minutes but again no one there to help, no one with key to open door. I felt I was not important enough and was not doing their job. I put down the items i wanted to possibly purchase and left. I went to another clothing store and purchased clothing there.
Suggested solution:
Either keep the changing doors unlocked or keeping an employee there to unlock door. The other shoppers were doing same thing , leaving without trying on items wanted and they also left the items and left store which I did see, in fact I saw couple of these people at TJMax doing their shopping. Their gain your loss.
