My complaint:
I bought holiday items on 12242022 for possible use next year at the Douglasville, GA location. I planned to take home and compare with existing on what would work or not. There were NO signs about clearance or final sale. I even spoke to an associate working in the area. However, when I attempted to return some of the items, I was informed they were not accepting any returns on holiday items and that it was branch manager’s decisiondiscretion and the individual was not available for discussion. I do not believe this is how Walmart intends to treat its customers. So I ask what are my options? and does Walmart care about its customers or not?
Suggested solution:
Follow their return policy and allow returns.
