Walmart complaint: Poor Customer Service

My complaint:

I placed a grocery order scheduled to deliver at 1pm today. It is now 8pm and my order has still not arrived. I have called customer service 5 times each time the representative more rude and uninformed than the last. The supervisors have no customer service skills and can only spout ridiculous apologies hours after my order was set to arrive. The excuses have ranged from we had to reassign drivers to you can come pick it up at our store. They offered to refund , however, my last refund of $378 took more than a week to be returned to my card. I do not understand why such horrible customer service is allowed to continue. I understand that I am 1 customer to this Billion dollar corporation so my complaints to take my business really mean nothing. I am just longing for days when customer service stood for something and everything wasn’t about pushing out product and making a buck at all cost. This is absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced. Truly disappointed and will have to weigh if the convenience is worth the aggravation.

Suggested solution:

It would be nice to get a real answer. Just say that it is all about the money you simply don't care about your customer. You clearly booked too many drop off and pick ups in the same time frame that you were unable to accommodate the demand. Don't tell someone that they could expect to wait 48 hours for a grocery delivery. This is totally disappointing to see how things have changed. SO things are easier and other just down right dreadful. Doesn't even deserve 1 star , but what are you going to do.
