My complaint:

Walmart shelves are totally EMPTY on large bags of cat food and dog food, so I ordered two 35lb bags of cat food online on December 5, 2022. It stated I would have the product on the 6th of December.

I receive an email that my delivery is delayed. I call (we are talking about food for my pets) How long is the delay 1 day, 2 weeks? I talked to the OGT Dept and the guy says he will find another driver to deliver and call me back. I don’t believe it!

I called back and stated if they have the two bags of cat food (I WILL PICK IT UP MYSELF THEN THEY DON’T HAVE TO FIND A DRIVER). I was told they would give me a call.

It’s a scam, you go online thinking you have the product and pay your money, but Walmart DOESN’T HAVE THE PRODUCT, BUT THEY DO HAVE YOUR MONEY. Yes, you can get a refund in 7 days, but all during this time, Walmart is using your money for no product. You have enough people who paid online (no product) and that money adds up to Walmart making cash for zero products to make ends meet.

This has happened to me more than once…The TRUE DELIVER TIME AND THE TRUE PRODUCTS BEING AVAILABLE IS A LIE!

Is this a good way to run a business? According to Walmart YES!

I want the product I paid for today as stated... I will pick up the items no driver needed! Pissed Off!
