My complaint:
Re: Anthem BCBS Healthy Benefits Today is the 3rd time I have attempted to buy items listed in the Anthem catalog. I haven’t been able to find the items in the store or the checkout scanner refused to accept the item when I used my Anthem card. A store employee said that WalMart does not stock the vast majority of items listed in the Anthem catalog. Why bother partnering wAnthem in that case? Suggested solution:
Either stock the items or terminate your contract with Anthem.
By the way - this store always appears unkempt, shelves are a mess
