Walmart complaint: Christmas disaster

My complaint:

A few days before Christmas I placed several items for pickup all being presents for my children. I went to pick up my presents 4pm Xmas Eve and when I got home all I had in my trunk was water and soda no gifts at all. Not only did I have no gifts but Walmart was closed!!!! The guy at pick up gave me the wrong order!!! Can you imagine how much I suffered not having gifts for my babies??? I cried a mountain of tears.. I have severe heart failure and my next Christmas is not guaranteed making this even more devastating. Your customer service was rude and unsympathetic even telling me they would close my account and go elsewhere if I wasn’t happy.. happy??? Happy??? How would you explain to children that Walmart gave me the wrong packages??? Isn’t Santa supposed to be in charge. I am mortified to say the least I do all my shopping at Walmart and I’m disgusted with the way it was handled. I spent over 300 dollars on my presents and I got 25 dollar gift card for the inconveniences. The people cancelled my order instead of letting me pick it up on Monday and my account was overdraft because of the authorization holds you put on my order that I never got leaving no option to purchase anything else. Someone needs to address this and make it right… The order still sits in pick up which is why the hold is not removed . They need to release my money asap.

Suggested solution:

I'm not sure what can be done besides releasing the authorization holds that have now incurred fees. Walmart should be held.responsiblr for those fees
