My complaint:
Walmart is dominate in Newport AR. Being an Arkansas girl, I have always been a big fan of Walmart and its history. And for the better part of 40 years, have shopped almost exclusively there – primarily, anyway – and I have never had too much problem. I DID purchase a coat over the holidays and did not receive it. I received a refund ( and consequently spent it) but the money was quickly “taken back” after misinformation that I HAD received the coat (but I never did) It was just an $80 coat, but still .. … but, I guess that has been my biggest problem I’ve had with the store until now. Now, I am bowled over at the rudeness of 90% of associates. It’s bad enough that there is never but one person checking out and we have to check ourselves out (😣) now it’s the “associate shoppers” who fill online orders. These people are Unbelievable. They block the aisle with the big trolleys – and they just will NOT move. They block shelves and items you are trying to access – I’ve had to double back thru the store – many times- to get all my items! And easily spend twice the amount of time than it should take. I understand these associates are doing their job, but they should yield to the customer who actually WALKS INTO THE STORE. I give – and have given – Walmart pretty much all my business since I was a teen – even working my first job there. It is just a shame how downhill it has gone. Astonishing really .. I hope someone addresses this problem because it most definitely IS a problem in Waltons “home”.

.. observe some of the “associate shoppers” .. and have them yield to customers ..
