Walmart complaint: 75 inch TV nightmare!!!

My complaint:

I purchased a 75 inch TV in August. The TV was defective so I called Walmart.com to have the TV returned and a replacement to be made. Someone came and picked the TV up and for the next 3 months I have been living a complete HELL with Walmart. My husband was home when the TV was picked up so of course he doesn’t know what he did with the return slip. I called Walmart if not daily, every 48 hours to find out how I could know if the TV was returned because they kept telling me they had no record of the TV being returned which I found unbelievable. I have asked them what company they use for returned and told they couldn’t give me that information if I didn’t have it. This has been a nightmare!!! I got the TV on credit through Affirm and last week they said after disputing that I owed for the TV that they sided with Walmart because I had no proof that I returned the TV. I live in a 22 floor building. How would someone pick me out the everyone in the building to come and take a TV from me? I than once again called Walmart.com and a very nice young lady named Jennifer told me she was going to find some information for me because I have been calling so much and she understood my frustration. It took her a while, but she came back and told me that she found the TV!!! the TV has been sitting in their Greenfield, In Superstore since Sept 7, 2022 and gave me the tracking number that I have been asking for the last 3 months and that she was going to get them to issue my credit ASAP. I will NEVER by anything else from Walmart.com!!!
