My complaint:

My son needs a flu shot for his nursing school to start clinicals next week. I called ahead today and set up an appointment to come at 1 o’clock to the pharmacy on Gall Boulevard which I have been going to 416 years. When we arrived the girl Sadie twice asked us if we wanted to fill out the flu shot form or just have it emailed And it was obvious. She did not want to bother getting it for us, then, after asking us that she stated they only had flu shots available for 65 and older. When I explained that I had set this all up, she said that I must’ve called the one 800 number and that was my problem for doing so, I explain I called the 813 number she then proceeded to say that I must not have asked for pharmacy and got someone that worked from home. She said I would need to call around And figure it out or if not, they might have it in the next day or so. When I asked her if she could call the local Walgreens near us, she stated no she was going on lunch. Then she was making comments to other people. I only work here two days a week. I am a nurse and deal with customer service daily, and I would never speak to someone in the manner that she has spoken with me, and I am so upset and shaking after this experience.

Suggested solution:

I feel like I deserve an apology as well as I wasted 45 minutes of my time, and I know that the world is a different place and that the customer is not always right, but also a simple respect and employees should not be able to talk to customers the way she did me
