Vueling complaint: vueling failed their services and misguided me with wrong information

My complaint:

Vueling failed to provide the luggage check-in service at the right time. I was on vacation from the 10th of July till the 15th of July. My partner and I bought your services to have one checked-in luggage with us on our flight to Sevilla. This luggage did not arrive, and plus other 30 people lost their luggage with no information whatsoever of what happened. I called multiple times about the update on the luggage to the customer services. They did not know anything and even gave wrong information to me. Meaning the pir code I was given by the airport was associated with the name ”dries Verstrepen” which is the partner I flew with. however, I called customer services and they insisted that the pir code was under my name ”iuri da silva costa”. Once I tried to check the website with the information they gave me I couldn’t find anything. the same day after the call I decided to try the pir code with my partner’s name and it was right. and the luggage was scheduled to arrive. However, it only arrived on the last day of our vacation. We did not get our luggage when we needed it. I asked for a refund for the services of the check-in luggage (39 euros) that Vueling failed to provide on time, after multiple emails I got multiple refusals. Not only Vueling misguided me with wrong information through the call (verify calls recording) but also failed to provide the luggage on time and refused to pay this refund. This is absolute chaos. Also, I sent a claim for the toiletries we needed for the days we were without luggage (I sent it in English) and I get an answer in Spanish requesting again a copy of my PIR code. I do not know Spanish.

Suggested solution:

Contact them and make them pay the necessity claims soon the refund of the checked in luggage that they didn't provide on time.
