My complaint:

Vivid seats did not disclose the delivery date of the tickets I purchased until after I paid. They then only committed to delivery 24 hours before the day of the concert. They are non refundable purchases so I could not cancel. they took payment in sept 2022 and have not delivered the tickets (Jan 3,2023) and wont commit to do so until 24 hours before may 27th 2023! They could easily make this clear prior to purchase as opposed to post payment. I believe this is intentional and they are doing business in bad faith as they know many people would not purchase the tickets if the delivery timeline was disclosed. There needs to a class action law suit in Canada to hold Vivid seats accountable for these and many other bad faith deals, hidden fees, and undelivered tickets.

Suggested solution:

they need to clearly disclose when people will receive tickets PRIOR to taking a non refundable payment. pretty sure this violates Canadian business laws anyways.
