My complaint:
Buyer reports item I sent as damaged.
I appeal with photo evidence that it’s a different bag they are reporting
Vinted statenot enough evidence provided and ask me to action it’s return(of a damaged item that’s not mine) or don’t action return and still loose my items worth/monies.
I accept return and contact vinted again stating the buyer is sending a different bag back.
Vinted ask me to send photos once I receive it for them to review.
I do the above upon receipt, vinted then contradict themselves stating as I accepted return that they cannot assist
Suggested solution:
Refunded me my item and ban the buyer
