My complaint:

I have bought a suite for around £1000 and I have had my delivery changed twice which caused issues as I had to rearrange the fitter who could only do certain times due to other work. When the items were finally delivered, I checked them over visually and they all looked ok. It is about 45days later since the delivery and we have just started to fit everything. When we picked the toilet up, the bottom at the back crumbled through no fault of our own. I would assume that damage occurred in transit or packing that loosened the porcelin and now we have lifted it, it has destabalised it. I appreciate that there is a 30 day returns policy, however, visually everything was ok. I suggest this item is not fit for purpose as clearly, a toilet should not just crumble. I spoke to customer services who were not listening to me and cut me off which was extremely rude and they would not let me speak to a manager.

Suggested solution:

I would just like a new pan delivered which is probably pennies for the company. I don't even need a cistern. Also the complaints procedure needs to be much more transparent and accessible. I understand that people try and take the mickey with damages, but I am being genuine and am just so frustrated with everything being put back and now this.

I tried to add a picture but it wouldn't upload. I have it on request
