VFS Global complaint: Bad Services Unclear Information

My complaint:

1. The staff asked me how many days I will be stay in italy. I said 7 days (17-19 sept 10-13 okt)
Then after he checked, he said to me with not nice intonation and said why I say 7 and actually is only 5 nights
Of course, I asked him back you asked about the days. So it’s 7 days. If you calculate with nights then it’s different numbers
He even didn’t seem to be happy or nice and actually, it was his mistake.

2. No information on the VFS web or even on the Schengen web that I can’t book my flight ticket from the travel agency. I did it went I applied for my Italy visa before – booked my ticket from the agency and they accepted. No information about these rules.

3. The hotel should show my name and not my friend’s name. This is also ridiculous because once I applied to Spain Embassy, they accept my hotel booking and it’s under my husband’s name. No information about these rules.

4. They asked me to submit my pay slips from the company where I am working. This is also ridiculous, no information about this and when I applied to Spain Embassy or Italy Embassy before, they never asked for pay slips. Only Employment reference letter and bank statement.

I am totally not happy with this unclear information and wasting my time. I don’t know this is only happen to VFS Italy and they changed the rules without clear information or to any VFS.

Suggested solution:

Give me compensation because I am wasting my time going there and coming back again, printing out again my documents, and call the airlines, etc. This is very hassle and so much wasted time.
