My complaint:

I downloaded Venmo. They asked for identification. I gave them identification. They said verified. I may begin using my account and depositing money. I had 300 deposited in it. Venmo froze my account. They said there was some security issues. They needed my id again. It will be 5-7 days. After 5-7 days they said I had violated a policy but refused to say which policy. And I still needed to give a pic of my id. Then they said a second team will need to view my case before I can use my money. I asked for my case to be closed. Other then depositing money, which I lost the very second that took place, I have not been able to use their services and telling me I can deposit money, then violating me when I have done nothing else is abuse of power and violating my rights. That is not being able to use their service as their email has stated. That is scamming me into handing them money and losing the ability to use It. Not having used the service I refuse to continue with the process of needing to have a team look at my account to decide if they will accept me or not. I requested closure of my account and return of my money which they have refused to do and have stopped corresponding immediately after receiving photos of my id causing me to believe they are not a valid company but a scam to steal identity and money

Suggested solution:

I want my money refunded, my account closed, and 10,000. For emotional distress and abuse of power that left me forced to sleep in the streets while traveling which put me in danger of my life
