USAA complaint: USAA Seemingly acting in bad faith on home owner claim. Request 101 for call with specific supervisor

My complaint:

USAA has acted in bad faith for duration of property insurance claim. Admittedly ignored all attempts at correspondence for two months. Redirected claim through 19 different adjusters. Next to last one pointedly lied to me about my legal options, the length of the claim, shamed me for not being able to find a contractor (yet saw no issue with the fact that I had been reaching out for months under the assumption I could possibly get help with that endeavor!) and admittedly purposely ignored my attempts at correspondence.

Took two months and 400 emails to get the name of a supervisor on the third tier (second tier was on vacation for two weeks straight when I was adamant about escalating to someone who would not blatantly lie to me and had basic professionalism abilities.)

Took 2000 tweets along with a BBB complaint and numerous other ridiculous lengths to get a promised call scheduled with that supervisor. (The same low level adjustor 18 had repeatedly promised a scheduled call with Lindsay but and was very abusive when I dis not answer unscheduled calls. But when I requested what was promised she very hatefully indicated “that’s not my job, I don’t schedule your calls” which is why I had to spend the better part of that day escalating from every conceivable direction.

Lindsay M only person to date who has communicated to me with any level of respect or professionalism, least had some of my materials reviewed as a result of speaking with her.

Require a follow up call with her to review some overlooked items, submit a few others and get ation on items promised that can’t be handled until the work is completed.

This is basic service. after my family has paid for 60 years. Need to act in good faith and see this claim through and stop with the games, abuse and flagrant disregard for the law.
Please schedule a call with Lindsey M this week at 1030 am ideally on Wednesday or less convenient alternative Friday. (April 5 and 8th 2023, respectively)
