US Bank complaint: Neglectful customer service

My complaint:

I ordered now 2 replacement cards which is Relia card that unemployment is now using for our benefits payments. Both I never received, I paid out my pocket to have it expedited $15. First time sent UPS left at door with no signature. They put it on my front step in Norristown, Pa. Ok. After 3 weeks of being told no they will not send me a new card, hung up on, and waiting hours to even reach an agent. Finally they send another, again they don’t even after I requested it to require a signature it is left now at a side door. This card had thousands on it. I pay against n $15 to send this one just to never again receive it. I am now homeless and losing hope. Also I call to always get tracking number to be there, they don’t have it at 5 am but then gives it to me when the card was already delivered. I should be ok but it took over 45 days to again wait again to fight to reach them to fight to be told no they won’t send me my money!!!!!!!!

Suggested solution:

Give me my tracking number immediately. Require a signature of delivery. Waive my fees I paid for expedited delivery. They can't fix all the pain,closing my apartment, and other things due to their unethical disrespect and inhumane treatment.
