My complaint:

I opted in for reliacard to send me a new card I wanted my card expedited(sent express to receive it within 2days) if u get ur card expidited it’s suppose to cost a $15 fee that’s takin off the funds on ur card… so this day I’m particular day I had $76 on my card… I called they said im eligible for this service I called on a Friday that day I see the $ come off my card but instead of it being $15 it was $25 not only that today is 372023 I ordered the card 332023 I understand the weekend doesn’t count but Monday is a workin day they have dne this several times before they take the $ off ur card as if there expediting ur card and I still haven’t received my card yet this is something that’s happened to me before I need answer or I’m goin to have to file a lawsuit
