My complaint:

I am reaching out regarding a recent situation with my upwork account. I received a notification via email indicating that my account was temporarily suspended due to chargebacks, and I was asked to take action.

In response to this, I acted ly and made a payment of 527.95€ to resolve the issue. However, despite my immediate action, I received a subsequent notification informing me of my account’s permanent suspension.

I am perplexed by this turn of events, especially since I ly resolved the initial issue as instructed. Given the circumstances, I kindly request that Upwork reimburse the payment of 527.95€ that I made.
am writing to address a concerning matter regarding an unexpected charge of $492.22 that has been debited from my account. Despite my best efforts, I have been unable to find any explanation for this charge. I have sent multiple emails to Upwork support team but unfortunately, have not received any response thus far. This situation is beginning to raise suspicions of potential scam
