My complaint:
I want to complain about the way I got treated. I always ask for contract, and I am as much as careful as I could be. They are inhuman, I can’t feel safe in their work environment. I gave so much time of myself in Upwork, and they shut me down whenever they please so. This inhuman behaviour needs to stop, we are not machines!!! They never tell what we did wrong. Whenever I start to evolve, they find a reason to restrict my account. And just ask me to comply without taking me in consideration. I feel injustice, and have no chance to express my opinion and have a Voice.
Suggested solution:
That they treat us like humans! And to have a feeling of long-term security without restricting us and not answering. We want to have a voice!
