My complaint:

THINGS WERE SHIPPED TO ME BY MY FAMILY IN VANCOUVER USING UPS 1 DAY DELIVERY. I have video evidence that the package never arrived at my door, and there is no UPS delivery of any kind. I opened an investigation at 2200 hours on the day it was delivered because the driver had marked it as delivered. From morning 1300 to afternoon 2100, the customer service refused to give me any information at that time. THEY AGREED TO OPEN AN INVESTIGATION AFTER A LARGE DISCUSSION. THEN, 3 WEEKS LATER, THEY UPDATED THAT THEY HAD FOUND MY PARCEL AND WERE DELIVERING IT. I waited for it to be delivered for four days, but eventually they lied and said they had filed a claim, and I was disappointed. I have to turn in my paper work. ALMOST EIGHT TIMES DURING A CALL, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LIED TO ME AND PROMISED TO DELIVER A LOST PACKAGE. I want to file a lawsuit against the company because they misled me, gave me false information, and furthermore, lied about the delivery every time I called.
