My complaint:
I received notification that a delivery attempt failed. No delivery attempt was made. I’ve been at home and I have a camera set up at the front door. It stated all day that it would be delivered today and had I known it would not, I could have purchased it at the store. It was a time sensitive package. Lying to customers is very bad business practices and I will not longer make purchases at businesses that use UPS as the delivering carrier.
