UPS complaint: Claim not processed even after a year

My complaint:

I am reaching out to file a complaint about my claim. It’s been more than 1 year and 4 months since I lost my package which had one of the most important items which includes clothes of my deceased brother and sister and losing all that stuff is really, really disheartening. I had all my memories with that package which UPS lost.

Also the customer support experience was the worst because no one from UPS knew where the package went. No one let me contact the investigation team at that time which is pathetic. It was my package which I sent and I’m not allowed to ask the investigation team and don’t know for what reason.

And after all these worst experiences from UPS, It’s been more than 1 year and 4 months that I am trying to contact the UPS team so that they can at least process my claim but every time I get nothing. When I call the UPS Store guy he says UPS has not given any update and they don’t have my claim
documents and when I call the claim support team they say they can’t give me the update and I have to contact the UPS store guy.

This is not how you treat your customer. I had the worst experience with UPS which I never imagined. From now on I don’t think I am ever gonna use UPS and I won’t recommend it to anyone else either.

Suggested solution:

As they failed in every step of delivering the parcel the least they can do is to Try to process my claim. I wish I could rate them in negative but that\'s not an option
