My complaint:
Missing credits, has gone on for 5 weeks and 3 days. all the evidence I send is either invalid or non usable deemed by them. Today Support agent Tiago made assumptions that I cant turn on my Playstation. All this over $20.00. Was about to give up, but he made the assumption. Have a look and see what you think.
Suggested solution:
Honestly, an apology. That's it. I don't even care about the $20.00 anymore. But they are arrogant and outright do not care about the clientele.
