Ubisoft complaint: Disrespecting the player and ignoring the player’s request

My complaint:

1. The appeal against the blocking of players’ accounts was not dealt with in a timely manner. The appeal filed on March 3, 2023 was not heard until April 19
2. Discriminating against players. One player’s complaint was quickly resolved after only a day, while others were ignored
3. Ubisoft’s official investigation department did not follow up the progress of the complaint investigation by players over and over again, which is very disrespectful
4. Do not deal with the special situation put forward by the player and deal with it
Due to my cancer, I don’t have much time left to live in this world healthy and happy. After my account was stolen and blocked, I went to the Ubisoft official to deal with this matter. After telling the Ubisoft official all about my situation, I had to wait for the Ubisoft official to make no progress for a long time.
