Uber complaint: Very poor service

My complaint:

I finished work at 23:00 and at 23:10 I requested an Uber, it is now 00:55 and I am still waiting, I have watched my request get passed round many cars and none are accepting, 7 drivers have accepted but cancelled on me either before they set off or when they were half way here, I am really not happy about this as I am back at work at 08:00 in the morning and am still not home

Suggested solution:

All the drivers in the Leeds area need to be told to accept requests and stick to them, don't forget if we have to cancel on them we have to pay a charge so why is it they can get away with treating us like this?
