My complaint:
Hi I have had my account for 4 years and been took of turo website and I don’t no why I only reported a car with no MOT, as. I done my checks after I received the vehicle as I don’t get the registration until after I book so therefor was able to drive it next thing I know I got my account closed for no reason, this isn’t fair I’ve used the company for 4 years without hassle, so because of this one thing I can’t use the app again. Thanks.
Suggested solution:
Let me have my account back as I done nothing wrong and always paid my fees and my trips on time.
