My complaint:

Our flight got delayed in Beirut making us miss the connecting flight in Turkey causing us to have to stay the night and forced to purchase a visa for 5 peaople costing us $350USD to go stay at the hotel provided by Turkish Airlines. Not only that but the new flights they arranged for us were wrong as we would have missed the connecting flight from Kuala Lumpur if we didn’t realise the mistake. So we had to find someone to help us for a second time in the airport, an ind you there not one that is helpful for willing to help so the customer service was very disappointing. When they were helping us they said that because it has already been changed it’s hard to change the flight for a second time, but first of all that wasn’t our fault that the flight got delayed and we missed the connecting flight and that the lady that changed our flight booked them in wrong! After waiting about an hour and a half for them to change our flight and of them having multiple conversations and laughing with each other so they were wasting our time!
Not only that but we also had my grandma with us and she could walk anymore, but there was no one that would help us get her a wheelchair, they would say sorry if you haven’t booked it with your ticket there is no wheelchair for you!
Not only that but due to all the delays and plans changes our baggage were lost when we arrived back to Perth, ALL checked in bagged were lost. We spent 2 days without our bags and all our clothes as they were all in the bags. And when we did receive our bags they were damaged. The hard case suitcase was ripped open in 2 pieces and one wheel broken off, causing a lot of damage to all the items in side. This was caused by the flight as we were told they arrived to the airport like that!
So I would like someone to call me for email me at nahim_yasmine@hotmail.com to resolve this issue we experienced as we will never be flogging with Turkish Airlines again nor will we be recommending this airline to anyone!
I also would like you to compensate for the visas we we’re forced to purchase and for the baggage the were lost and damaged by you! We paid a lot for our tickets for our flight experience to be very disappointing! You must do something about this!

Refund tickets and visa that was purchased as well as compensate for the damaged baggage
