My complaint:

During our planned holiday trip to Turkey and Saudi Arabia with my husband and our 2-year-old, we encountered a distressing situation upon landing in Turkey. Despite holding valid e-visas for both countries and being UK residents with Pakistani nationality, we faced issues at Turkish immigration. Unfortunately, my husband’s BRP card was deemed damaged, and despite providing proof of residence and online share code of our residence permit and attempting to explain our situation they were not listening to us.
They were unable to understand English, and there was no English translator available. They used magnifying glasses to check the visa.
As NHS doctors with a respectable profession, we were shocked when, despite having valid residence permits, my husband was placed in a separate cell, while my son and I were confined in another with asylum-seeking women. Throughout the night, we were treated as if we were criminals, denied food, and subjected to mocking behavior. Despite multiple requests, they refused to provide food for my son or allow me to purchase any, locking the doors from the outside. Me and my son were kept in detention cell despite having no issues with our BRP and visa.
We were taken to the next flights with police, and they booked our three separate seats. How can a 2-year-old sit separately without their parents?
Upon our return to the UK, the immigration officer expressed surprise and shock at the incident, stating that physical proof was unnecessary with the digital BRP system. Unfortunately, the traumatic experience left my 2-year-old severely constipated, and we continue to grapple with emotional distress from that New Year’s night spent in a cell.
I would like to make an official complaint how my toddler and I was being treated.

Suggested solution:

I would like to have a compensation the way they treated especially my 2 year old son
