My complaint:
You cannot simple believe in ratings numbers in their website because they are made up. They put down a lot of badviews from some companies and do not even bother check if the good ones are legitim. So you have a lot of bad service or products companies with 4 rating. I placed a bad review about one company and send about 3 emails with all the details and proofs regarding the problem I had and they put down my review for silly arguments, despite I providing dozens of printscreen and videos regarding the problem. So the rating they provide are all misleading.
Suggested solution:
have the same severity checking if the good reviews are actually legitim, not only in the bad ones.
