Trulieve complaint: Inability to provide express service

My complaint:

Ordered pineapple flower, order filled checked in online for express to p/up. Arrived at 2:30 to find 7 people waiting ahead of me. Decided to return later, checked in online only to find that there was a 49 MINUTE WAIT FOR EXPRESS and 5 people once again ahead of me. Only 2 employees working, to dispense product, closing at 8:30…I AM not waiting 1 1/2 hours for my order. Went online today and every single location of true leave around St Petersburg is out of the flower that I ordered yesterday. I’m extremely pissed off at true leave why would you run a business with only two people to fill prescriptions for patients?

Either hire more people or close the doors this is not fair to Florida patients that are paying for these products. I’ve searched every location this morning unable to find the flower that I was not able to pick up yesterday because of your inability to have enough staff on site to fill orders. 3 months ago you guys had Express service available in a room explicitly for express service and it only lasted 3 weeks and then you went back to regular service behind the counter with only two employees. I checked every location around me and now I’m not able to purchase the product that I enjoy the most. Thank you so much trulieve your service sucks

Suggested solution:

They can\'t resolve my issue you sold out of my product now I\'m not able to get it I\'m going to have to wait another 2 to 3 months until your product is harvested again. Also one more thing that I want to include is the fact that your online phone app showed that I was second in line for express when I arrived again last night there were five people ahead of me and the hostess expressed to me well I just don\'t understand how that can happen.
