Truist Bank complaint: Errors in Truist computer records

My complaint:

*** closed all her accounts last summer. The person responsible for updating Truist’s information systems did not do their job properly.

**** still receives letters emails. They dun her for payment of inappropriate services related to the closed accounts. For example, overdraft protection and fees for paper statements showing zero balance. Please update your records to stop this activity. This is my second request.

Recent letters threaten to report delinquent payment to a credit bureau. In addition, they reference two unknown account numbers: **** and **** . That raises an another concern – the possibility of ID theft / fraud. Again, please update your records. I do not want either the inconvenience of writing to the the OFR or expense of hiring a laywer,

**** has dementia – she can not read mail or emails and would not be able to understand a phone call. Respond to her daughter, she has power of attorney.
