My complaint:

My brother was getting breakfast and as soon as he picked up a plate, the front desk employee started yelling in his face. My brother asked him kindly what the issue was, and the employee accused him of not being a guest at the hotel. As I was coming out of the elevator, I heard the argument. I repeatedly told the employee to back off, but the employee then turned to me with offensive remarks.

At that point, I felt my brother was justified in being upset, so I called customer service to make a complaint. I spoke to a customer service representative, who seemed indifferent to my complaint, and after being put on hold for 20 minutes, she returned only to say my complaint was filed and then abruptly hung up. When I was going downstairs to speak to the manager on duty, I overheard him instructing the front desk to cut my week-long stay short without my permission because of the complaint.

The behavior of the hotel staff was appalling, and I believe it needs to be addressed. I didn’t capture the entire argument on video, but I recorded enough to show the issue, and I plan to share this with my lawyer and possibly with local news. Additionally, the room conditions were unacceptable, with several roaches present. I have taken pictures of these as well, which I also intend to share publicly.

Suggested solution:

I need a apology letter from hotel management and 2 weeks free stay if not that then you should fired the manager and his front desk employee
