My complaint:

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered with a recent flight booking made through Trip.com. I am disappointed to inform you that my baggage was not included in the changed date ticket, and I would like to request appropriate resolution for this matter.

I made a flight reservation with Trip.com on 8 Feb 2023 for a trip from Iran to Lyon, France. The original departure date was scheduled for 3 June 2023. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to modify my travel plans and requested a change of date for my ticket. The new departure date was ed as 17 June 2023.

When I received the revised ticket, I noticed that the baggage inclusion, which was part of my original booking, was not reflected in the updated ticket. According to your terms and conditions and the details provided during the original booking process, baggage should have been included for my flight.

I believe this omission was an oversight or an error in the system, as I had paid for the baggage allowance at the time of the original booking. I have attached copies of the original booking ation and the changed date ticket for your reference.

I kindly request that you rectify this situation ly by ensuring that my baggage allowance is included in the changed date ticket. Additionally, I would appreciate reimbursement for any expenses incurred as a result of this oversight, such as baggage fees paid separately at the airport.

Suggested solution:

When they refund me the whole extra baggage fee that I have paid.
