My complaint:
On the 17 of august I travelled from China ( Chendu) to Spain Barcelona. With connexion flight in Rome. My first flight was delayed more than 5 hours and in consequence I missed my connection Flight to Barcelona. After comtacting Trip.com costumer service they recomend me to buy another flight and they would reinburse me the fee. Now they refuse to reinburse me the fee and tell me hat contact the airline directly and deal with them. The airline also not being cooperative at all
Suggested solution:
Reinburse me the amount of the new conexion flight I bought to arrive to barcelona 197 euros
