My complaint:
I recently booked a flight for my sister using LYNX Air. However I received a notification that the flight was cancelled as the company decided to cease their operations effective Feb 26.
The booking was made via trip.com, I checked and ask for refund, but they were stating that the airline will be the one to handle it and it would take 1 year ( Feb 28, 2025) to get my refund. I checked the website of LYNX airline and the instruction is to file a dispute with the credit card company.
Suggested solution:
refund my money in a considerable manner
