My complaint:
REFUND COMPENSATION
Hello sir.I booked 6 tickets for my family in 2 PNR from Istanbul to Lahore on 17th July. I reached sabiha airport Istanbul to start my journey with family.we took flight from Istanbul to Ankara. But when we reached Ankara to take our 2nd flight from Ankara to Abu dhabi at wizz airline they refused to give us boarding pass as they were saying you need a transit visa. I have travelled many times with different airlines and used Abu Dhabi as transit. No airline never asked for transit visa.And further more you didn’t inform me rather it was written on your app that your transit is completely secured .For luggage it was written you may need transit visa to get it and re enter.So I didn’t take any luggage with me but even then wizz airline refused to give us boarding pass.I was with my family and 2 small kids.We suffered a lot due to you and wizz airline and I have to come back to istanbul. There is alot of financial damage for me and it is unbearable. Kindly refund us full amount of journey.
And furthermore while conversation with trip.com representative i was very disappointed because he didn’t understand my issue even after many mails.Rather i think they don’t want to understand my issue.Please help as i am facing severe financial damage. Regards
