My complaint:
For past Several months, Tracfone APP has NOT provided Standard Phone information (remaining Balance of Minutes, Text, and/or Data). While Logged into APP, I tried CHAT! BAD Decision – had to Wait 15 minutes for a So Called Customer Service Representative. Then Before He/She would provide Balances – I was not Only Quizzed about the Phone I was Using, but Had to Verify w/ 1 x code – EVEN THOUGH I WAS LOGGED INTO THE APP! Info Code provided for AUTHENTICATION PURPOSE, even though I was Logged into your APP! Then I asked for Balances on 2nd phone On My Acct 😲 He/She Wants to verify ALL OVER for 2nd Line. I HAD to Try to TYPE Fast, as CSR wanted ‘IMMEDIATE’ Replys I DO NOT TYPE FAST!!! Explained I was no near other phone COULD NOT GET TO IT – then CSR chatted ‘Alright’ nothing else!
I was waiting For Rest of Reply GET A Note ‘CSR WILL DISCONNECT’ w/o a Reply? I Quickly gave Hold on comment, then TOLD C S R. to KISS OFF – I was Tired of Playing HIS/HER GAME.
FYI – 30 minutes Later, I FOUND a Confirmation Code Email, FOR MY WIFE’S PHONE!!!
FYI – I Still have NO IDEA How Much DATA she has on Her TRACFONE – She has previously used upto 2 GB of Data in 1 day, by accident. She also has 1 or. 2 Apps that will Only work with WiFi or Data, MEANING I WANT TO CHECK OCCASIONALLY JUST SEE IT – NOT SPEND an HOUR playing with a CSR
