I had a replacement phone come in the mail! (I was not informed my phone would be turned off until I received and activated my new phone.)
When my phone arrived, I called to get it activated and she failed to get it to work, so we scheduled for her to call later that day, and I never received a call back. I called next day, same thing, I just kept getting transferred to higher ups, with no resolution and hung up on when I got to the end of the line and no one can figure it out the issue.
Now I’ve been trying to activate for over a week and have called and talked to 3 supervisors, in which they also could not help and said they would transfer me to a technician who can certainly help. Again, I get pushed to an automated answering that hangs up, doesn’t matter which option I choose. Call back or stay on the line.
So after calling 6 times just today and getting no help, I call back and say my phone must be broken! You have sent me a phone that will NOT work. but I was informed that I am not eligible for a replacement for my replacement that will not work at all! No one can help me get the phone to make a call and just tell me what is wrong or how I can go about getting a phone that works, without getting transferred and hung up on. I am very disappointed with how hard it has been to get help!
Maybe be honest, and just say hey, we don't have anyone here right now!!! Stop hanging up on people just because they do not have someone there to help.
I just need a phone that makes a phone call!
