Toolstation complaint: RUDE STAFF MEMBER CHERYL

My complaint:

If I could leave NO STARS I would!
Deliver scanned in store I arrived to collect was told its not there and would deliver to my home address this did not happen I left it two days just in case.
I sent emails with no reply, I went on the online chat for 3 hours I waited no reply. I called and was on hold for over a hour still didn’t speak with anyone as it was cut off….. I then went into store as was met with a very very rude lady called CHERYL who quite frankly should be sacked! she was rude and very very hard to deal with she said its not her problem its the courier company and she not interested? she also was raising her voice and being very hostile which is NOT acceptable as a employee….. this then made me cross and when I told her I was not happy with her behaviour or tone she said she had lost her dad 5 weeks ago and don’t need this shit??? which i replied she shouldn’t be at work then treating customers this way that have problems with there service….. she said well report me then?? so I am, its the most shocking experience I’ve ever had i would like a written apology from your company for the below poor customer service standards. Thank you

Suggested solution:

Apology in writing from CHERYL and toolstation.
I would also like a good will voucher for the distress and upset this has caused
